on-boarding

By requesting production access you start your on-boarding process with Fliqa.

Fliqa is required to perform a KYB (Know Your Bussiness) and KYC (Know Your Customer) process for each new tenant.

This process takes place outside Fliqa platform and consists of the following steps:

  • KYB check of the Company data provided / proof of Company existence
  • KYC check of Company owners / representative or UBOs
  • Proposal of contract between Fliqa and your Company for use of Fliqa Open Banking platform
  • Contract sign
  • production access granted - you can start using Fliqa's platform

Altering your service subscription​

If you wish to expand or cancel your current subscription, you can do so by accessing additional services in the Service menu section. Depending on your current contract, you will receive a contract appendix. Upon finalization of the contract, the appropriate production service access will be either enabled or disabled.

If you decide to terminate your engagement with Fliqa, you can request an account deactivation through the Settings menu. Once confirmed, you will no longer have production access to Fliqa services.
